Mindful Mums offers free groups to pregnant women and new mums to look after themselves.

Connect with other pregnant women and new mums with similar experiences 
Learn more about resilience, emotional wellbeing and managing the changes related to this life changing and often challenging period of pregnancy   and early months.  

Groups are for pregnant mums and new mums with babies up to 12 months old who live in the London boroughs of Bromley and Lewisham.
