What is Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini Yoga, also known as the Yoga of Transformation, is a practical and powerful Yoga style. I practice it everyday.  It works quickly to give you grace, balance, vitality and most of all, the ability to remain calm, centred, and clear through life's challenges.  It works directly on the glandular and nervous system and is a wonderful antidote to stress.

What to expect from a Kundalini Yoga Class?

Each class is a combination of  Pranayama (breath exercises), Kriyas (a dynamic combination of postures) and Meditation.  Using Mantra (sounds to train the breath), and Mudra (hand gestures) we can increase awareness and control of our thoughts.  No previous experience is necessary just a willingness to transform!

It is best to wear loose comfortable clothing 

It is advisable not to eat 1-2 hours before class

Have a bottle of water with you

Bring a natural yoga mat and a blanket or shawl
